Mikey got a job and we moved.
About two months ago.
We've been pretty busy settling in...but that's no excuse.
I've mainly been lazy at this blog thing.
So here goes a looong catch up.
Folding his arms for dinner prayer.
As you can see we are still working on waiting until after prayers to begin eating.
One thing at a time.
Daddy giving Mabes his first haircut.
Helping Momma assemble the new bike trailer/ jogging stroller.
(This was accomplished without Daddy's help, Momma was pretty excited about that.)
Annual Cress Creek hike/picnic.
The Easter Bunny left Mabes a trail of candy filled eggs for him to follow when he woke up on Saturday.
(We do the commercial part of Easter the day before.)
He was pretty excited about his gifts.
Daddy decided to let Mabes try to feed himself yogurt.
I'd say it was pretty successful.
My boy knows how to get what he wants.
Used the stroller to reach the light switch.
And then flipped it to his hearts content.
Spent Memorial Day weekend visiting my brother's family and exploring Seattle.
Watching his big girl cousins build sailboats at a festival in downtown Seattle.
He was too exited that his cousins were visiting to look at the camera.
Momma wasn't feeling well and so Mabes got to have McDonalds for dinner.
Momma and Daddy are pretty strict with this boy's junk food intake so he was pretty stoked.
Mabin looks just like Mikey when he was a little boy in this photo.
Mabin's hair is really curly when it's wet.
I got my dimpled, blue-eyed, blonde and curly haired baby.
There was a week where it was unbearably hot.
Mabin's sleeping positions were pretty funny during that time.
Lincoln City beach.
The weather was perfect and Mabin could have spent the entire day there.
The ocean was too cold and loud for him but he was in heaven when Daddy made him his own pool away from the waves.
4th of July
Mabes had just woken up from a very short nap after two days of no naps.
He wasn't as excited about watching the parade as we thought he would be.
He woke up and was very excited later that night, just in time for fireworks.
Yep, those are Halloween pjs.
I love these boys so much.
It melts my heart to see how much they adore each other.
He finally sat still once the fireworks started.
This little boy loves bats and balls.
And cars and trucks.
He's all boy.
Celebrating Aunt Sara and Aunt Jessica's birthdays at an awesome lake near Vancouver.
This boy was fearless in the water.
I had about 50 heart attacks.
Mabin is so cute with his baby cousin Oren.
His voice is so soft and sweet when he talks to him.
(Oren had a pretty good grip on Mabin's leg when I snapped this shot, hence Mabin's face.)
