New Year's Eve in Vancouver.

There isn't a better Daddy around. 

Mabin is suddenly very interested in all of our baby toys. 

Sleepy smiles. 

Mabin asks to hold Maël daily, Maël isn't as keen about the idea.

I love Mabin's smile. 

And his beautiful blue eyes. 

(Maël is going to have Mikey's pretty blue eyes too and adorable dimples like Mabin.)

Sleeping babies are so darn precious. 

This boy sat here and played for a good 45 minutes. 

Both my babies love taking baths. 

Maël even puts up with all of Mabin's toys and splashing. 

Mabin decided he need his blankie and binkie in the bath with him one morning. 

I decided to let him, wanted to see his reaction to a wet blankie. 

He did have fun with it in the tub but wasn't super thrilled when it was still wet after getting out of the tub. 

He was even less thrilled when I had to put it in the dryer. 

He hasn't taken it in the tub again. 

More sleeping baby. 

More of the book nerd. 

The hospital gave us this huge stocking because Maël was born so close to Christmas. 

Best Christmas gift I could ask for. 

Mikey's first day back to work after having Maël was a little rough for my sweet boy.

 Mabin was not happy about sharing his Momma. 

I was a tad worried but he has been the best big brother ever since. 

Just needed to get his frustrations out and he was good to go.

He loves to kiss and hug on Maël and he always helps me burp and rub her. 

He makes sure she always has a blanket and binkie near her. 

Mabin has always been a Momma's boy so it's been fun watching him become more and more attached to Mikey since having Maël.

They are two peas in a pod.

 I should be more worried about Mabin's antics when he's older since he is Mikey's little twin. 

Having to deal with two Mikey's might be more than I can handle. 

I jest, I jest. 

I love Mikey's quirks and teasing and if Mabin is even a little bit like Mikey I'll be so lucky.
